The right of withdrawal can only be invoked if You have made a purchase via the website in the capacity of a private consumer. For companies, other rights apply.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the sale without penalty (but with possible costs to be borne by the consumer such as return costs, ...) and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days following the conclusion of the contract. To do this, please contact us. However, the consumer does not have the right to waive the purchase: regarding the delivery of services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent, regarding the delivery of products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are clearly personalized, which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, which have been opened and/or used and/or whose seal has been broken.

The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal right form.
